  3. resolved Sep 06, 2023, 09:48 AM UTC

We have identified that the root cause of the issue is caused by Microsoft Teams not acknowledging Agent invites from the UCC platform as well as direct calling. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue in TM673780 (Users may be unable to make or receive Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) calls in Microsoft Teams) which can be accessed by your tenant administrator. Direct calls coming into our tenant are working and we are also seeing positive changes. If you are still encountering this issue, please do not hesitate to inform us.
