Evolve IP experienced a minor incident on November 17, 2023 affecting OBT - Peter Connects, lasting 4h 15m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are aware of an issue with PeterConnects Receptionist application where in some instances a wrong agent status is applied and/or you are unable to change the agent status or with delay. In the Conversations area, a message is displayed 'Connecting to the calling platform'. The presence status displays: 'Unknown'. When you do not receive incoming calls and are unable to change the status, please reach out to Client Support. We will update you once more information becomes available.

We have received reports that the problems no longer occur. The issue can no longer be replicated and seems to be resolved. We continue to monitor for any abnormalities. If you notice any new occurrences please inform Client Support of the issues you are experiencing.
