Evolve IP experienced a minor incident on January 18, 2024 affecting OBT - Webex and OBT - Callcenter Wallboard and 1 more component, lasting 7h 54m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are aware of an issue where users are unable to log in to their Broadworks applications, such as Broadworks Callcenter, Receptionist, Webex, and OBT Connector. Important: To resolve the login issue, users can reset the password themselves, alternatively, your administrators can do it for them via the admin portals; PBXPortal or Ossmosis.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Implementing a new user password allows the affected users to log in to the Broadworks application(s) again. If you continue to experience issues logging in after resetting the user password, we recommend contacting Evolve IP Client Support.
