Cisco are currently experiencing issues with Intermittent push notification failures for inbound calls for their mobile client. Affected users may encounter missed calls due to push notification failures. This issue is impacting the WebEx mobile application only. Call forwarding can be implemented on lines to send calls to another destination. Evolve IP can assist with this if requested. Please note this is not affecting the desktop client. Cisco Engineers have identified the issue and are working towards resolution. We will keep you updated with progress.
