    We are investigating why customers are not receiving their WhatsApp Notifications. SOS, Satellite Message, Mobile Apps, Email, and SMS are all working.

    We have an identified an issue with our WhatsApp integration due to changes on the WhatsApp side. The fix is involved and will take several days to resolve. In the meantime, we suggest customers use email notifications to supplement the WhatsApp integration.
