It seems that the uptime monitoring node is detecting JP-01 as going up and down constantly. Not entirely sure what's going on here as I'm unable to investigate at the moment, but from what I can tell JP-01 is still up and running. It is possible that there are in fact issues with JP-01. Keep in mind that "Automatic" may redirect you to a different mirror (e.g. NZ-01 or SG-01) if it would normally direct you to JP-01.
