   Status: Identified Cause identified. We have identified that since 08 January 2026 at 15:30 spending limits for cards that were suspended were automatically set to inactive. A release to fix the underlying cause is being deployed now. We are reviewing and restoring all affected limits, and we are assessing all spend on these cards to determine whether any transactions exceeded the configured limits.    Status: Monitoring A hotfix has been applied to remove the change that turns off spending limits when a card is suspended.
