Our engineering team has identified that this is not a product issue and have made suggestions on how to resolve this issue as an end-user. The current recommended course of action is for organizations experiencing this is to do one of the following: 1. Enable the User Profile Enabled feature. This will allow the password to be reset as expected. 2. If the User Profile Enabled feature is disabled, then the Disable Password Reset feature should be enabled, removing the ability for people to even get to this point of frustration. 3. Enable SSO login, thereby removing the need to change the password at all. If you have any questions about these options, please reach out to our support team, and we'll gladly assist.
