    We are currently investigating an issue with Inability to use load DWG via SoftSpace and Inability to attach files to the Copy Module. Our Cloud Ops team is currently investigating to determine the cause of the disruption. Next update will be posted at 5 PM CST.

    A fix has been implemented by increasing resources. We are moving into the Monitoring Phase for the next 2 hours.
