    Dear Customer, Enreach is investigating malfunction in call back auto allocation function, when using Voice for Windows client. This incident affects all customers in all silo's. This problem has been located and fix is under work. We'll update additional information as soon as we know more.

    A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Voice for Windows clients must be restarted.
