Dear Customer, Enreach is investigating possible problem in Voice Analytics services. Analytics web pages opens normally, but dashboards cannot show any data. According to the preliminary investigation, it seems so that the incident affects only small part of customers. We'll update additional information as soon as we know more about the incident.

This incident has been resolved. Incident was caused by maintenance work done previous night. Some customers nightly jobs failed after the maintenance and this caused the malfunction in the Analytics product. We've just started an RFO process to properly analyze the incident and to be able to prevent similar issues in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunction.
