    We're experiencing an elevated level of login errors pertaining only to IPSec connections (iOS + Windows) and are currently looking into the issue.

    We have fixed the issue and are deploying it in stages worldwide. We are sincerely sorry for how long this has taken.

    50% of the servers have the fix in place. We expect to be completed in the next 20-30 minutes.
