At 8:59PM CT, our NOC identified an issue with connectivity to our cloud services. Our engineers quickly identified the issue with one of the storage area networks (SAN) in our cluster and forced connections to another active node. Services began to reconnect at 9:17PM CT. None of the servers rebooted during this issue so all of the open sessions were persistent. We are working with the manufacturer to repair the failed node. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
