There have been no further issues so we are marking this issue resolved. We experienced a failure on a storage node in the cluster which created a timeout to the other nodes. Our team is reviewing all of the diagnostics and has involved the hardware manufacturer for further input. We will be replacing all failed devices if deemed necessary to avoid this from occurring again. We do apologize for the outage and the business impact this has caused.
