    We investigated and identified intermittent connectivity that was affecting Skype for Business users. We restarted the service which we believe has addressed the issue but will continue to monitor it for the next 2 hours to ensure that there are no persistent issues.

    After monitoring this issue for the past 2 hours, all indications point to the outage being fully resolved.
