Latency due to packet loss between certain ISPs and DG Data Center

Digerati Group has identified that some ISPs are experiencing packet loss via their traffic entering our data center. This was confirmed as well by our data center team. There are no performance-related issues that exist at DG's data center. However, due to the intermittent packet loss of certain ISPs, some users may be experiencing latency. Digerati Group is proactively addressing this latency by rerouting traffic for the ISPs who we have identified are having degraded performance via packet loss.

After successfully rerouting the traffic from identified ISPs to our data center, the latency issues were successfully addressed. We continued monitoring for the past 2 hours and now believe the latency issues to be fully resolved.
