We have identified an outage at our data center that is intermittently affecting cloud users. We are onsite now investigating and will provide an update within the hour.

We identified that it was an issue with a storage array. We have failed over and will continue to troubleshoot the failed storage array. We have confirmed connectivity for all cloud users, but will continue monitoring to ensure stability.

We have been closely monitoring for the past 2 1/2 hours and there have been no further issues. We are changing the status of this outage to resolved but will continue monitoring for the next few hours.
