Intermittent Connectivity Issues with Cloud Services

We identified network connectivity issues at our data center that was sporadically impacting cloud users causing users to be disconnected from the cloud. We generated a ticket with our data center team who have confirmed network connectivity. As of now, the network is stable. We will continue to monitor over the next couple hours.

After monitoring for the past few hours, there have been no further issues detected and the network stability has remained consistent. There is still a monitoring ticket open with the data center who continues to check the network issues that were created due to an upstream carrier. We are closing this incident report as resolved at this time and will advise if any further issues occur.
