We have identified a drive failure on the SAN at our data center that had resulted in intermittent latency for some users. We have isolated the issue and resolved it, but will continue monitoring for the next few hours to ensure that there are no other instances of latency.

After monitoring for the past 3 hours, there have been no other instances of latency with the SAN. We are setting this incident to resolved at this time. The replacement drive has been ordered and will be installed upon receipt.
