ACC have reported issues with their API that we use for ACC18 Medical Certificates. Some people have noticed errors such as "You are not authorised to access this service". We will update this notification when we receive an update.

We have just received the following update from ACC: We are aware that there is an ongoing yet intermittent issue with our API services which is affecting claim/invoice/ACC18 queries and submissions. Investigations into the cause will continue overnight and we will advise as soon as this is resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
