We understand that the issue is connected to AWS. The issue is intermittent and we are actively monitoring the issue.

We are also aware that there is an issue with printing and previewing documents in Elixir. Automatic Reminder are also failing to send at this stage.

We have identified that this is an issue with AWS. It seems that sending items is now back up and running, however, this issue is currently causing Elixir to run slower than usual.
