We are investigating an issue where users are getting "request: failed" errors when sending or previewing letters, test requests, prescriptions, and any other note that uses a logo, signature, attachments, letterhead, or footer. We believe this could be related to the recent AWS outage as the symptoms are similar. While this is happening we suggest saving as drafts so they can be sent when sending is operational again.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting the sending of prescriptions. While this is happening we suggest saving prescriptions as drafts so they can be sent when sending is operational again.
