We are aware of an issue affecting the creation and editing of notes and letters in Elixir. Our investigation has identified that this is related to a current service issue with Heidi. You can view the latest status updates here: https://status.heidihealth.com/?utm_source=chatgpt.com As a temporary workaround, we recommend disabling Heidi within Elixir. To do this: 1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner. 2. Untick "Enable Heidi". Once Heidi's service has been restored, you can re-enable this setting if required. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this issue is being resolved.

The Heidi service issue has been resolved. Notes and Letters should now be fully operational.
