    A batch processing task was able to trigger a bug in our primary MySQL DB, causing the database to stall. Staff isolated the issue to its source, removed the problem calls, and then resuscitated all database and application services. Errors/issues were experienced for 34 minutes, before all services were returned to a fully operational state.
