Our team is working to resolve an issue we're experiencing with uploading new media. If any media item uploaded into the CMS fails, you may try again by uploading the same item, using the same name, and choosing "Overwrite". This will attempt to replace the failed item. Our engineers are switching to another load balancer to help keep new media uploads from failling. Uploads should see improvements in about 24 hours.

We've successfully transitioned to another load balancer to better handle media uploads as we continue to improve media encoding. Media uploads have improved. Thank you!
