Update timeline

  1. investigating Jul 06, 2016, 11:44 PM UTC

We are investigating reports of Site Configuration Files being written incorrectly when content is updated in the CMS. As a result, 404 error pages may appear on your website.

  2. identified Jul 07, 2016, 01:53 AM UTC

Our engineering team is still investigating reports of site configuration files being written incorrectly, and we have brought in additional resources to resolve the issue. We will post another update in a few hours. Thank you for your patience!

  3. monitoring Jul 07, 2016, 03:41 AM UTC

The team has found that a server process began to demand too high of a processing load, and thus the system became temporarily unable to update websites with new configuration files. After redistributing a few server resources, the situation is now improving, and newly published pages will be going live as normal again. If you've had trouble with any of your pages recently, just visit the page in the Ekklesia 360 / MonkCMS again, and click Publish. We're very sorry for the disruption here! We're excited to have learned a thing or two from this incident and to be bringing that knowledge back into creating a more excellent platform for our customers. We'll be watching our progress closely tonight. Thank you!
