    Some customers experienced intermittent 504 error messages and site outages. We moved swiftly to get systems back online. We pin pointed the issue with one of our hosting providers having an unexpected problem with a load balancing server that they were able to quickly resolve. We apologize for the downtime during an important time of the week for you and your congregation and are working hard to ensure your sites stay online and available.
