    At 6am ET, a caching server failed causing disruption in many edx.org services, including: login, pageload, exams, and proctoring for a subpopulation of users for ~3.5 hours. At 9:30am the server was rebooted, and learner experience improved temporarily. At 12pm, the problem arose again and our team took several corrective actions to improve performance, at 1pm, the issue resolved.
