Starting around 15:15 UTC on January 6th, 2026, customers using the Dyn Update Client may have observed app connection failures when attempting to reach Dyn Updater endpoints such as members.dyndns.org. This incident was related to updated SSL Cert protocols and the impacting Cert update was rolled back to mitigate. As of 14:20 UTC on January 9th, 2026, this incident is resolved. Customers with questions are encouraged to contact the Dyn Customer Support team.
