    We are aware that some customers are experiencing delays in recordings appearing in the Dubber portal. At this stage we believe that all recordings have been captured. We are working to identify the cause of the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

    The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    The root cause has been identified and remedial action is in progress. All recordings are being captured, but will be delayed in appearing in the portal until remedial action is complete.

    All new recordings are being processed as normal. A backlog of delayed recordings is being processed, and it may take ~3 hours for this backlog to be fully cleared.
