We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues accessing and using the Dubber portal. We are working to identify the cause of the problem and resolve it as soon as possible. At this stage this is not impacting capturing recordings.

Users can now access the Dubber portal. There is a delay in processing recordings into the portal which is expected to be cleared over the next few hours.
