    All file uploads utilizing Microsoft Office documents (.xlsx, xls, .docx, .doc, .pptx, .ppt) were failing during 15:37 - 18:41 UTC due to an issue with our file conversion process. Affected requests returned both file error and unknown error. The issue has since been resolved.
