    We're experiencing an increased error rate for PlayReady license deliveries in ap-southeast-2. As an immediate action we disabled deliveries from this region.

    License deliveries from ap-southeast-2 have been re-enabled after we replaced two faulty nodes responsible for delivering PlayReady licenses. Timeline: 03:03 - our monitoring detected increased error rates 03:08 - operations team was notified by our monitoring 03:16 - routing of license requests to ap-southeast-2 was disabled 06:38 - routing of license requests to ap-southeast-2 was re-enabled
