    We were seeing a short interruption of the license delivery service in ap-northeast-1. Between 16:51:21 and 16:52:29 the majority of license requests in this region ran into timeouts. The underlying cause was a database failover staring at 16:51:07, completed at 16:52:12. Between 16:52 and 16:55 a part of the incoming license requests was rerouted to other DRMtoday regions.
