    We are currently experiencing increased latency in our ap-northeast-1 region and are investigating the situation.

    At 2019-02-01 23:12 UTC the license delivery load balancer (AWS ELB) showed slightly increased average latency with a significant spice beween 23:21 and 23:24 UTC. At 2019-02-02 00:26 UTC the load balancer latency went back to normal values.
