    On August 19 between 19:48-20:14 UTC we've recognized an increased error rate for Playready license deliveries in ap-southeast-2. Resolved The underlying faulty components were identified and replaced We apologize for the inconvenience. Timeline (UTC) 19:48 - PlayReady license delivery error rates in ap-southeast-2 increase 19:56 - ops team notified by our monitoring, starts investigation immediately 20:14 - Failing instances were replaced, license delivery for Playready restored
