    Due to healthcheck failures our license delivery endpoints in regions ap-northeast-1 and us-west-1 were routed to our other regions between 04:33am UTC and 04:39am UTC. We are currently investigating the root cause.

    While under increased load before and during the aforementioned period, AWS replaced the ELBs, which resulted in the failover to other regions.
