    There was a failover event in EU at 19:01 which caused license traffic to be routed to other regions. Prior to the failover we saw spikes in traffic. The system in EU recovered automatically and traffic routing to the EU region resumed at 19:08. As this is a similar event as that of January 24th, we will schedule additional resources in the EU region to handle suddenly increasing evening traffic. (All times in UTC.)
