    We experienced a partial outage of our Widevine license service in eu-west-1 between 18:15:32 and 18:25:47 due to connection errors to an underlying service. 2.21% of Widevine Modular requests in eu-west-1 were affected during this period. This error rate was not high enough to trigger automated region failover. Timeline: 18:15 - partial outage 18:17 - DRMtoday ops team was alerted 18:23 - DRMtoday ops team prepares manual region deactivation 18:25 - partial outage ended (All times UTC.)
