We are investigating an issue with delivery log in ap-northeast-1. Please be aware that data shown in the Dashboard or fetched from the reporting API may be incomplete or invalid. License delivery is not affected.

AWS is reporting an issue with SQS in ap-northeast-1.

AWS has resolved the underlying issue. Delivery logs are processed as usual again. Please note that license delivery logs for the ap-northeast-1 region during the affected period between around 9:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC of 2020-04-20 are still incomplete. We plan on having the missing records imported from tertiary data store by the end of the week.
