DonorDrive experienced a platform issue beginning on Saturday November 7th at approximately 1:10 AM EST that persisted until 5:35 AM EST. This event impacted a large portion of traffic across the DonorDrive platform. The root cause has been determined to be a misconfiguration that artificially limited the amount of requests. DonorDrive identified and implemented a successful fix and the entire system was returned to full capacity. Any issues related to this incident have been resolved.
