We are aware of multiple issues affecting our Facebook Fundraiser integration. At the moment it is not possible to create a Facebook Fundraiser from DonorDrive nor is it possible to receive donations via one’s Facebook Fundraiser. We are currently investigating with Facebook and will post updates as are available. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have additional questions.

Facebook has acknowledged the issue with their DonorDrive integration and are currently working towards a resolution. We will continue to post updates here as we receive them from Facebook.

Facebook has identified the root cause and are actively resolving the issue, which they expect to be mitigated within the next 24 hours. We will continue to update as we learn more or the resolution is applied.

Facebook has resolved the issue. Participants are able to create Facebook Fundraisers and donors may donate. All Facebook Fundraisers synced with DonorDrive will operate as expected. Please reach out to [email protected] for other questions.
