    DDOS resulting is loss of network access to viewer.millicast.com

    DigitalOcean likely false positive test that our VM was under DDOS attack. Blackholed entire network so viewer was offline. We received notice from DigitalOcean around 1AM PST, and it seems the block did not fully take effect until 1:12AM PST. New viewer servers were back online by 2:24AM PST.
