    We're seeing elevated error rates from our Blackbaud SKY integration and are investigating the cause of the issue.

    Blackbaud's Statuspage lists an ongoing incident (https://status.blackbaud.com/incidents/5gtpyxrtlxc8) with an unrelated product and Scheduled Maintenance on unrelated products (https://maintenance.blackbaud.com/incidents/bvrrh42v4ktq). We believe that the SKY API degradation comes from the same source, as the errors we're seeing are not internal.

    Blackbaud has resolved the incident with Raiser's Edge, and we're beginning to see reduced error rates. We'll continue to monitor.
