We are currently experiencing intermittent performance issues due to an outage at one of our service providers, Akamai. This is causing some requests to take a very long time and can cause some actions to time out. In some cases, this can make starting a session take longer than usual, which may cause the session to fail to start. In these cases, please try to start the session again.
