DeployHQ Outage History

We're investigating an issue affecting some deployments. Affected customers may see deployments fail while preparing the repository, and automatic deployments triggered by a push may not start as expected. We've identified the cause and are actively working to resolve it. Retrying a failed deployment may succeed in the meantime. We'll post another update within the next hour.

We're seeing delays in how quickly some dashboard data refreshes. You may notice empty project lists or outdated deployment status when loading the UI. Active deployments and the underlying platform are not affected — this is purely a UI-side staleness issue. We expect a full recovery within the next 30–45 minutes and will post an update once it's resolved.

We're currently investigating elevated failures on deployments routed through our US East build infrastructure. Affected deployments complete the build phase successfully but fail at the "Receiving built files" step with a 30-minute timeout. We have identified the root cause and are actively working on a fix. Deployments on other regions are not affected. We'll update this page as we have more information.

We are currently investigating reports of connectivity issues with the DeployHQ Network Agent for some users. Impact: Users relying on the Network Agent for secure deployments may be experiencing intermittent connection loss. Status: Our team is actively investigating the issue.
