    This incident has been resolved. Root Cause: NAT Gateway allows cloud resources without public IP addresses access to the internet without exposing those resources to incoming internet connections. Our NAT Gateway was reconfigured incorrectly so our resources could not respond to APIs Resolution: Fixed incorrect configuration changes
