**Description**: Certain Portal customers were unable to see/access modules that should have been available to their users' roles. **Started At**: 07/06/2021, 1:00 PM EST **Resolved At:** 07/06/2021, 1:45 PM EST **Root Cause**: The list of modules configured for certain Delivery Solutions portal users were corrupted while registering new modules as per today's production deployment. **Impact**: Portal **Resolution**: We rolled back the module list to it's earlier working state.
