All Our Systems are Up and Running. We are monitoring the system closely. We will post a Postmortem to the incident would follow shortly. RCA: At AWS, the US-WEST-2 region the failure of the Network Load Balancer, NAT Gateway, and PrivateLink services caused our servers to no longer accept new connection requests, as well as elevated packet loss for Network Load Balancer, NAT Gateway, and PrivateLink endpoints.
