    We have noticed a service degradation on our platform due to a AWS Regional Outage. We are working hard to restore full performance.

    Our team has switched over traffic to another region, you should not face any issues. However, we have noticed some providers are having issues with orders due to the same outage on AWS' end. We are actively monitoring the status.
